Meet Dr. Lorenzo Mordini

Education and Experience
Dr. Lorenzo Mordini graduated from dental school magna cum laude from the University of Modena School of Dentistry in Italy. After working in private practice in Italy, he moved to Boston to complete the AEGD residency at Boston University, H. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After that experience, he completed and graduated from the post-graduate program in Periodontology and Dental Implants at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. In the same institution, he also completed the Master of Science, focusing on Bone Regeneration clinical research.
Dr. Mordini is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He lectures nationally and internationally, and he is the author of scientific literature as well as co-author of books on Periodontal and Implant Therapy. He is an ITI Fellow and Recipient of different Scholarships awarded by the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation. Dr. Mordini is also an Assistant Professor in Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with a specific focus on digital dental implant planning activities.
Outside of the Office
Besides his professional life, he has many hobbies. He loves photography, soccer, horse riding, cooking, and painting. He is an eager traveler as he likes to explore different countries and cultures.
